Health Care May Pass on Sunday March 21st, 2010, But 37 States Say Not So Fast!
Idaho’s Gov. C.L. “Butch” Otter is at the forefront of a possible state v. federal government smack down. Gov. Otter is the first governor to sign a measure that will require his attorney general to sue the federal government if Congress passes health care reform which mandates citizens must purchase insurance. Virginia followed suit and 37 more states have similar measures pending.
