Getting Your Work Seen
One of the key elements to having a successful blog, pay per click article, etc.. is getting it out there for the world to see. Of course, the internet is most likely littered with the same subject that you are trying to promote. A great resource for getting the content you are trying to promote seen is, AddME.com. This site gives you a free tool to submit your blog to multiple search engines. It has promotional tools, SEO tools, webmaster resources, etc.. So, try it out, and let me know if it works well for you!

Welcome to Life As It Is!

Hello and welcome all! My name is Jo Oliver. For the last year, I have been trying my hand at freelance writing. I have worked at sites like: Triond, Textbroker, Helium, Associated Content, etc.. I started writing as a way to earn a little extra money, while advocating for disability rights through the written word. It is difficult to write about my life... mainly because much of my life is consumed with my daughter's disability. But, I feel that my experiences and Kaitlynns' experiences must be told. I want others to get a glimpse of the trials from disability that are invisible to the outside world, and also shine a light on the prejudice against anything less than normal. Most of all, I want everyone to know the fortitude and angelic beauty of children with disabilities. Otherwise, most of my work is related to politics, cooking, religion, current events, and health. I created this blog to provide a place for freelance writers to showcase and promote their work. Hopefully, we will see many authors adding substantive work here. Just leave me a comment and link to your work, if you would like to have an article, recipe, etc.. added here.
