Whistleblower Tells Off on Obama in New Black Panthers Voter Intimidation Case | Newsflavor

A default judgment was won in April of 2009 after the Black Panther members did not show up for court. Less than a month later, the Obama administration suddenly changed course. They moved to dismiss the charges. But wait, the best part was the stipulations- one New Black Panther member had to agree to not carry a deadly weapon near a polling place until 2012. Um, no deadly weapons at polling places until 2012, but after that I guess it’s okay? I guess Obama might need this kind of support again in 2012, aye?

Now, we have a whistleblower telling off on the Obama administration and the Justice Dept. for not pursing this open and shut case of voter intimidation!
